| Think bradford will score one or two early tries and we will have to fight our way back in to the game leading to us being on similar points at half time, in the second half clark will rip them to bits and we will win by 2/3 scores.

| If Bradford defend the PTB like they did against Catalan, Clark is going to rip them to shreds it looked embarrassing on the highlights just how easily Catalan were making 10-15 every scoot from dummy half because the defensive line had their backs turned and the markers weren't set.

| I rec Bradford will be better and will also have planned for us better. Against Salford we didn't have to (with all due respect) do much funky to make an impression, we just had to do our normal sets.
I expect Bradford to have planned for that better and adjust accordingly. I would expect most of the damaging plays to come in the back row channels, people running angles and breaks on overs and unders either side of that. That might sound really obvious but since both teams have hookers they rely on to get a lot of ball, then it will be the second pass I think that makes the difference. Centres are going to be tackling their testes off and wingers better not get dragged in.
Team that misses least 1 on 1's wins!

Is that Wigan's latest rules-stretching tactic?!

| Best side won today, Bradford settling in faster and played the conditions better, thought their kicking game was far superior to ours.
That said we still had enough chances to win it...the usual lack of composure close to the opponents line came back to haunt us again.
Though Lee Mitchell put in a massive effort in defence, and Massey continues to improve....plenty of work still to do overall.

| I get the feeling that had this fixture been played at the height of summer, Castleford would have won this on the back of dominating territory and possession and coupled with our indiscipline.
The chances that Castleford squandered off the top of my head were:
Adam Milner's kick on the last 5m out from the Bradford try line that hit the post and went dead.
Milner then going close to scoring from Rangi Chase's kick which Jason Crookes surprisingly left.
Stuart Jones being stopped inches from the line by some athletic Bradford Bulls goal line defence.
Nathan Massey losing the ball on the tackle three inside the Bradford 10m after going 25m through the middle of our pack.
Josh Griffin agonisingly juggling the ball and then losing it over the line from another Rangi Chase kick.

TBH thats what I thought to. Thought super Clark was going to win the game on his own.

I agree with you.
Plus, Chase slipped when clear near the posts and 3 times they made midfield line breaks, drew the fullback but had no support....
Cas would have won all the stats on Margin Meter but if your opponents defend the line better plus they clininically execute their few chances, you lose.

Tbh our outside backs hardly touched the ball yesterday.
Griffin had a good game v salford.
We'll see the real griffin on firmer ground. Then we can judge.

| Cas won't have as much possession, territory or opportunity in another game all season. That was an absolutely shocking performance, proving once again that we simply cannot grind out a win in a slow game. Instead of doing what we're good at, we get sucked into a scrap and come out of it with nothing. For once a referee actually clamped down on spoiling tactics against us and we offered nothing in response. Neither team will make the play-offs this season based on that game.

| Yesterday was the worst game I think I have witnessed on all fronts, Cas and Bradford seemed to be trying to out do each other on the error count. Ref was watching a completely different game ( even got the chargedown rule wrong for both sides )
If either team plays as bad for the season then they Will end up bottom, That being said I will allow them the excuse of the conditions and see how we get on in the next 2 game.
Catalan and Wigan lol were doomed
