Nice tidy looking ground is that, hope it comes off for you - just one practical application though, parking, how is the rest of the retail park going to react when their parking can already get rammed on summer weekends ?

There's a car park outside the stadium, there's an overflow car park that is rarely used for Xscape nearby and there's the car park outside Xscape too. Plenty of parking.

Na, parking should be fine its a huge site. I think the plan is to have a bypass from the ground to J33 of the M62. The outlet uses J32. The road already exists between the edge of xscape and J33 so it is just a case of connecting it to the ground.

More worryingly than that for me, is the room just above that, the one labelled "Dope". What is this room to be used for?
