This really isn't difficult to understand.
Rangi Chase is not English.
However, he does meet the criteria to REPRESENT England. Seriously, it's been explained often enough.
It doesn't make you racist, you are entitled to the belief that only natural Englishmen should play for England, but non-Englishmen have been playing for England for years and years, Chase is not the first and will not be the last.

And in response to the other question,I would regard somebody to be English if they actually were,2 year ago he played against England for,was it New Zealand Maoris,don't get more New Zealand than that.
If I were to say that Chase can be a fantastic player,when he's not trying to needlessly knock someone's head off,would that make Cas fans a bit happier.
