| Well something that should perhaps have taken little more than an hour to sort has dragged out for near on 3 weeks to the chilling climax of.........sweep it under the carpet and let's pretend it didn't happen. 
In the meantime we'll pay the guy near on £10k of wages for doing sweet FA, and get nothing in return...and our BOD wonder why many feel they are a joke.  |

How do you know he hasn't been fined 3 weeks wages 
They're doing the right thing not making it public what the outcome was.

With you on that one grobs, lets not forget this is the 2nd time hes been dropped for boozing.
Last time he said it would never happen again. How long will it take him until the 3rd time.
Maybe steve ferres as had a hand in him getting back asap.

A statement from the club, A statement from Rangi. We move on I think. The rest is up tp the coach and players to get something out of this season and take it into next season. Please don't anyone say that some players are not interested because they won't be with us next year. Individual players should have self belief and respect and as I have said before "A professional attitude".

Ah but there's an article from one of the Hull papers with made up phrases such as:
"want away" - I suppose they got that from him answering a question about Wigan's interest, who wouldn't want to play for Wigan at the minute?
"Castleford are willing to let Chase go" - Why have they turned down offers for him then?

my guess is that they have lifted the suspension so that Mr Chase can return to the field of play......AKA 'the shop window'.
Offers may have been refused in the past, but I can imagine that the club in recent weeks have had to consider that if he was dismissed, then the club its self would lose out on a potential hefty transfer fee. Put the same offers on the table in the coming weeks and I think that the club would snatch your hand off.
Let's wait and see what happens...

I am not so sure Chase will leave Cas this season, however he will not be at Cas next season. |

Regarding Daz Clark. I find it interested that since Rangi has issued an apolgy and a statement regarding his actions wouldn't it be a good idea for Clark to make a statement regarding his "commitment" to Tigers?
Since Tigers issued the statement saying basically he isn't for sale we have'nt heard anything from the player himself. It looks like another unresolved issue with one of the playing staff to me. |
