| Worst Cas performance I've seen for a long long time and against a pretty poor side too. When we actually held onto the ball and created something, London were very easy to break down. Unfortunately we gifted far too much possession to them and most of our tackling was nothing short of abysmal. The performance was a country mile away from that of last week. Infact we only seem to be able to play very well or very badly at the moment - there's no middle ground.
As ever though, more Cas fans made the trip than we've seen London fans down t'lane in the last 15 years combined. A credit to the club, showing pride and passion - shame the 17 halfwits on the pitch didn't reciprocate.

Says it all about the two sides really doesnt it.

Poor comparison given that its the only away trip of any note, without a jolly down to the south of France, that your fans need to make. Your turnout was pretty poor - still doesnt excuse our poor away crowds - always said that if our fans went to just one away game a year we'd average 250/300 at each one.

Our turnout was pretty poor? Maybe you should look a little closer to home before criticising the numbers visiting clubs bring. That trolling idiot was on last week asking if we were bringing 5 taxis - well we brought 4 buses and a then some. It's unfortunate that one could've been led to believe that it was the London fans that had come on the buses, there were so few there and it was their home game.

| I'd have thought London's travelling support might pick up a bit if they ever manage to average a decent home crowd. Attracting an audience though has always been London's problem.

| Walking to the ground from the train station, I didn't see a single person going the same direction as me. There were no clues anywhere in the surrounding area that a game was on. It was like walking through the streets of Townville rather than an affluent suburb of the capital city with two sizeable stadiums.
London really need to sort their promotion out close to home. Of course none of this is new, and they are hampered by being so far away from London, but after five full seasons at the Stoop, nothing much seems to have changed in getting the locals (20k in the immediate area) interested.

| We were staying 4 miles away in Feltham. Plenty of people asked who we were and had some interest in us and the game, but most hadn't even heard of London Broncos, despite knowing of the Stoop, Twickenham and Harlequins etc...

I'm assuming you can read - given that you can type. Pretty sure I did 'look a little closer to home'

How can you be far away from London when you are in London?

I'm trying to take this from a northerner's point of view. As in, the Stoop is not within easy commuting distance of everyone in London.
I live in South West London (as is The Stoop) and it takes me over an hour to get to The Stoop whether I'm taking public transport, cycling or driving. So targeting people in north, east or south London is not as sensible a marketing strategy as trying to attract those on your doorstep. That is my point.

You said we had a poor following. I didn't think it was bad given the distances involved and the fact it was on a Saturday. I assume people in Twickenham and surrounding areas can read too - so why don't your club provide them with some posters or leaflets to indulge themselves with?

We defo need to target Richmond and Hounslow boroughs much more that we do. that's for sure - most places in London takes around an hour to get to - if that makes sense (its a big place and the traffic is dreadful...)

You did have a poor following
We always have a poor following
the two things are completely separate issues - apart from showing a general malaise in the sport
Broncos should be doing a whole lot more than it currently does to attract a crowd.

Your first point's pretty subjective. With the best will in the world, your second one isn't.

A village fete in Cas is a big event, maybe not so in London. Do you see the difference?
