I agree if they have settled the debts they should have informed the CC.

Quite the contrary,errors are not common,in over 20 years involved in commercial finance ive never seen 3 errors against the same company.So i would consider that these debts are not settled.
I also dont know of many companies that would have such an appalling attitude towards their business,that they wouldnt feel the need "to fill in a few forms"in order to protect their credit rating if they knew these debts were settled.

In the eyes of the law they arent disputed,its already been disputed,thats why its ended up as a ccj.The court has looked at the evidence and determined Cas owe the money.

Correct but you or I do not know if Cas have settled after the 30 days/1 month deadline. If they have the ccj still shows unless a set aside application is made to the court.

I inserted the word "Disputed" because that is what usually sets the wheels in motion for a CCJ. I also put in the approx total of all 3 CCJ's you are so concerned about.

With CT flying so close to the wind financially I'd keep statements like that to yourself.

CT have very similar financial outgoings to WT these days, with the added pressure of debts to directors, which the current WT regime does not. And as your always telling us your self funding your stadium build. So I guess it's not beyond the realms of probability to suggest the financial pressures are much great at CT than WT.

A very silly comment IMO, a financial crisis can come from nowhere & while I wouldn't wish than on CT I would have a giggle at the egg on your face! The 12 months previous that lead up to Feb this year were hell for WT and there fans, however with reference to you I would question what you think gives you the right to make fun of a situation that nearly killed one of the staple RL clubs & then you have the barefaced cheek to call yourself a "supporter" not a "fan".
I may not like CT in anyway shape or form, I do however recognise that they are a die hard member of the RL community and a necessity to the game, not to mention a big source of income for MY club. I would NEVER wish administration on any club or make fun of a situation that lead to the demise of one of the cornerstones of our game.
