It will definitely do your lot the world of good.
Great to see some Trin fans still trolling away, I've not got a clue what you've got to be smug about having just being smashed by Salford and given the season you're having as a whole both on and off the pitch.
Huddersfield for your lot next week, isn't it? good luck.

Richard Owen 'dived'?'"
I didn't come looking for bites at all, I came looking for a discussion but failed to receive it.
Yes he did, it was worse than Jon Wilkin's last year. He was absolutely fine and thought he could get a penalty by throwing himself to the floor once Michael Lawrence touched him.

| And if lawrences elbow smacked you in the face you'd just carry on running and get on with the game? I'm sure you'd hit the deck too.

I'm sure I would if it hit me as hard as you're making out. If it just nudged me like it did with Owen, then no I wouldn't hit the deck.

| Right ok, I can see this just going round in circles (not exactly a discussion that you wanted) so allow me to direct you back to the Saints board. It can be found rlhererl.

| Teams like the Giants and Warrington, 'manage' the play of the ball, in attack and defence, so much better than Cas.
When we play the ball slow and flat to first reciever, Hudd had already closed us down, making it difficult to make any good yards. We need either greater creativity at the play of the ball, more freedom to run from dummy half, or runners coming in from deep to either impact or roll in the tackle to open the defence. (Something that Huby is excellent at, and leading to offloads in the tackle)
In the opposite direction Hudd were so much quicker and stronger in attack. I haven't seen the missed tackles stats, however Cas' stats again would not make good reading.
IMO - We need something to inject the spark again and a lot of work with the tackle bags.

Fair play for him coming back from such a bad injury, but that was nothing to do with his leg. He was trying to milk a penalty by diving and there's no place for that in Rugby League. I'd say the same if it was a Saints player as it's the main reason I stopped watching football.'"
I agree with BackrowSaint.

Our defence is back to woeful. We have no mental strength or togertheness whatsoever when we are defending. When Danny Brough got the 40/20 it was nailed on they would score from that set of 6. I think we have too many people doing their own thing again.
At the start of the year, we looked a team. Now they aren't working for each other. We are soft upfront, tonight their forwards bullied us off the park. It's no good having a good 5 minutes here and there, they need it for the full 80.
They showed they can do it at the start of the year.

| Struggling to find a positive from last night, a few players had individual bursts of inspiration, but too few and individual efforts.
It is a game of fine margins and you could look at a couple of calls at 6-6 and 12-6, but in reality we stunk. When you looked at our sets in our own half, only 1 or 2 players on the move at any one time, which makes defending really easy.
Sure, we were unlucky with injuries, I am gutted for JW.
We are still the side capable of beating anyone - but we seem to have stopped believing and stopped grafting at the basics and coveting the ball and our line again. Fresh faces, freshen up the attitude and the run on side this week is enforced.

| So we're slating Owen for allegedly diving once in a game where Luke Robinson played for a penalty at every single tackle?
How queer!

| All this rubbish about shirts if i were a Cas fan i would be more worried about how poor your team is at the moment,Cas could have played in bullet proof vest and the Giants would have still smashed em.

No. We got him from saints at the end of last season.
Good player and one of our better forwards.
