That's because there aren't any. Yorkcourt are consistently late filing. These (Sept 2009) were filed 7 months late. They have extended their next accounting period by 6 months to March 2010 which were due to be filed Jan 2011 and they are again late by 6 months.

The parent company (JBL something or other) was issued with a stiking off order by Companies House in October last year before the accounts were finally filed. Maybe it will take that to happen again.

After ten years of qualification you become a feelow and get the letters FCA.

I think you'll find an accountant can exploit a number of rules to extend the accounting period (any accountant worth their salt would know that ) so if required Yes, you can change the current or the immediately previous accounting reference period so as to extend or shorten the period. To do this you must notify Companies House of a change of accounting reference date. You must submit an acceptable change of accounting reference date before the filing deadline of the accounts for the period that you wish to change. Hence giving you the 18 months previously referred to
