So the big second row/loose forward bashed a scrum half and a fullback
Wow, he must be awesome

| The biggest thing against Faumuina is he's an overseas player and with the allowance reducing to 6 players next year we're struggling to fit him in.
We've already got Sargent, Sherwin, Chase, Widders & McGoldrick contracted for 2010 so can only have 1 further overseas player. Which means keeping only 1 of Faumuina and Evans or getting a new player in altogether.
At present I'd choose Evans over Faumuina as he's more consistent.
That said, I can't understand for the life of me why the club gave Widders a 3 yr deal or McGoldrick a 4yr deal, while at the same time refusing to offer one of our players of 2008 - Luke Dorn - anything more than a 1yr extension!

It was 2 years?
Luke Dorn didn't get an extension because:
A. He didn't want one
B. Cas got better with Chase

| You don't need to sign Sione because apparently Langley is 'nailed on' for Cas. Apparently Bulls don't want to extend his contract.

| Who said Lynch was nailed on?
Langley doesn't even need a contract renewal yet anyway.

| I don't think he looks much different, he's not a small guy by nature it would seem and his pace doesn't seem to be affected. He certainly doesn't belong in the centres, but there isn't really any other option at the moment apart from McGoldrick who is unlikely to play there.
As for Sione, thought he had a decent game apart from the silly moment at the end getting caught on the last tackle. You can't defend any player getting caught like that when the clock is ticking away.
I heard some guy in the crowd yelling "effing doing something" on his first touch of the ball on Saturday. He set up a try on his second or third touch. He just can't win with some people.
I personally don't think he has had a bad game in a long time and I hope he continues to improve.

| Sione had an average game. He doesn't think with his head most of the time, which is the most annoying aspect of his game.

He's got ability but his downfall is not being able to think quickly, especially when he's under pressure, leads to mistakes that we can't afford to make as a team. No chance of him being retained IMO

23517.gif George Bush says 'we are losing the war on drugs'. Well you know what that implies? There's a war going on, and people on drugs are winning it! Well what does that tell you about drugs? Some smart, creative motherfookers on that side.":23517.gif |

All he had to do on our penultimate set of six on Sat was to pass the ball. We had an overlap, we would have been in. But he didn't, he just took the tackle on the last. he was a major contributor to our loss.

OK, i'm off the fence with this guy now, no more Mr nice guy trying not to upset the Hippies on here!
He is garbage, lost us games on his own, jumps out of the line, passing wild, kicking garbage....I wouldn't have him in my side for the rest of the year
