There are a lot of judges, jury and executioners on here before the full facts are out. Also I heard another rumour today, which would be totally wrong for me to repeat to anyone in case it was not true. However if it is then it has to be said it sheds a different light on the matter altogether.

What is without question is that it has attracted a boat load of hypocrites. On the 'other forum' there are 3 blokes that are slagging him off, who I know for a fact had affairs with married women when they were younger, one of them more than once. There are some who support Man Utd the same, who defended Ryan Giggs to the hilt when he was knocking off his own brothers wife. But because it didn't affect the team, then that's alright. I have just been talking to a bloke in my local club whose son did the same thing but he said that was alright because the wife's husband was not a friend or team mate and that Carney was disgraceful because his was. Now that's what you call hypocrisy, and it's like saying you can shoot dead a stranger in the street but not a mate.

What I do know for a fact and have done for a while is that JC has had literally loads of women fancying him and throwing themselves at his feet. He has had loads of opportunities but has rejected all but one. Why because they fell in love. Men and women can overcome lust in order not to hurt a friend but love, which is easily the most powerful emotion on the planet cannot possibly be overcome in the vast vast majority of cases. A king abdicated before give his love up and many have been unable to do so, even though they knew it would cost them their lives. Thomas Culpepper and Catherine Howard a prime example who knew full well that the love they showed each other, would see them ending up on the executioners block. It can be virtually impossible to overcome.

It is just a tragic consequence of life and has been going on since time started. My heart goes out to all affected. I don't in any way condone what has happened, but to class him as the lowest of the low and scum, as someone on here did, is the most ridiculous, stupid and over the top statement I have heard in a long time. As low as Jimmy Savile?? child abusers?? child murderers?? those that bomb and maim people?? that deliberately cause mass starvation in third world countries to satisfy their own greed??. In my opinion, having an affair with 1 of your best mates' missus is a damn scummy thing to do. The knock on effect and shier destruction he will have caused on his own family plus the innocent party is just mindless, selfish and shatters any trust anyone could have in him. Love???? Oh good god. Someone's been reading too much Mills and Boon. If two people truly love each other then they would not carry on for a length of time behind their partners backs, with a baby involved.
Regardless of what fans of the game think I would imagine there are a number of Cas players who want Carney out. These guys aren't just work colleagues.

I agree with you, JC is no oil painting, but it's one of the strange facts of life that you don't need to be to have women craving you, and there are thousands of examples to prove it. And I am certainly not saying what he's done is right I am just stating a fact that they've fallen for each other, not whether it's right or wrong or whatever. Your also right I too imagine there may well be some Cas players want him out.

However there are other rumours surfacing and all we will say for now that if true then another person at the club has not exactly been a bastian of fidelity. So the best thing to do in any cases like this is wait while all the truth comes out, before sticking the boot in.

Cas is one of the best grounds to go to, don't get me wrong its old and beaten but still is a good place to watch RL. Whereas Leigh can have all the good stadia they want (albeit sat down) but until they get a team of Super League Quality your stadium is irrelevant. But back on topic IF these rumours are true the offender must be removed despite if hes the best player in the world!
