If you try the Birchwood Farm on the Asda roundabout at Glass Houghton I don't think you'll be disappointed. They do a carvery with roast beef and yorkshires and get very busy so give it plenty of time.

The desserts are so big you'll be sick but they let you take away.

Roundabout is just other side of Xscape

Birch wood Farm for your Sunday roast - 5 mins drive to ground.
Can pull off at junction 31 go right round the roundabout then 1 minute up on your right there's a carvary which do some lovely food. Then it's also only 5-10 mins to the ground with less traffic too.
In cas there's only really the glassblower who will be doing food but that's going to be busy with fans so will be no good.
I'd take option 2 and pull off at junction 31 (probably where you turn off for wakey away) it will only take an extra 5 minutes and it's a proper carvery.
