silverwood missed that aswell as many other things in the match, including offside every single play-the-ball. i recall one scrum where the hudds player had tackled the cas player( shenny i think) a split second after he recieved the ball at first reciever, and, unless the giants have just signed usain bolt that has got to be offside, no-one in the super league can make 10 metres in less than a second.

For some of the game Cas where playing Hudds at their own game, controling the ruck and slowing down the play of the ball, did you hear your own fans, didnt like it, did they? BOOOOOO, CHEEEEEAT

Overall a great game, painfull but ill take pride out of that defeat, we just need to learn a bit of composure.

Lets hope when your CUP FINAL comes around, your fans actually turn up

no sun in my eyes mate, you were just very lucky that we had too many young lads out there who didnt know how to shut the game down when we had it won, put sherwin out there and we win, as for having a shot at the final get real the draw was rigged once again as the rugby league dont want the embarasment of having a team at wembley with a support (or lack of it ) that you have, saints all the way for me.

Had they scored from the break that set them up for the try then it would have more than likely have gone to the video ref and been ruled out for obstruction.

Anyway..onto the game. I thought we should have won. When we were 14-6 up we should have closed the game down but we lacked that final bit of composure (Owen drop goal attempt and i seem to remember Rangi getting caught in possesion) I'm proud of the lads anyway, with Shifty and Hudson out there we maybe could of won..but it wasnt to be. There is allways next year

Any team can take 12k for a final, my guess is that Hudds fall below the average for SL attendance.......
