The following note has been added to the code of conductA moderators charter has been put in place by the admins effective from 15th January 2007. This basically defines a structure for the forum and entrusts the moderators with enforcing the AUP across the site. One aspect of the structure is the introduction of a forum leader (in our case this is me) who is a prime contact for admins, takes responsibility for the moderators, is a point of escalation for users and has final say on a decision should it be necessary.'"
For the record, this won't change the way we work as a team of mods, it will simply apply a bit more organisation to our function.

To bring this to peoples attention again.
Can people try and tone down your posts, and refrain from insulting fellow board users. If you are offended or feel aggrieved at another poster, then simply pm a mod. Please do not feel the need to resort to derailing threads with insults and foul language. Warnings will be issued and bans may be given out.
Let's all try to get along and be nice to one another.

Well... it says 24th on the mods board so that's what I'm going by. It's generally been the Monday though, with the confirmed fixtures being released to the media under embargo on the Friday night.
Obviously anything that appears in the media in the mean time, such as your story from earlier today, is fine. |
