Purely because the designs and full PP application would have been submitted prior to now if not. Similarly, RW would not have mentioned phasing if the full amount of money was available.
Whether that has changed over the course of the last few months, who knows? |

Have a look at a map with postcodes marked on it then look at a map with council boundaries marked on it. Spot the differences?  |

go and have a look at the newmarket lane sign as u turn into it there is a postcode on the sign and its leeds ls postcode wakefield land but leeds road if they fail with the green belt land u are using ls roads oops!

Well its about time those Loiners filled the pot holes in 
Tell Leeds council then, thats unless Wakey own the Pubs and Leeds just own the tarmac with the white lines on it. |

| Been a good game of poker so far, Cas still has a good hand and hasn't blinked yet.
The council upped the stakes but couldn't handle the pressure and just folded.
Wakey's hand ? Are they bluffing? They are all in and the stakes are high.
I reckon this game has abit longer to go. but time is ticking.  |
