if i was joe westerman i'd get out of castleford asap. they haven't got the right team or coach which will improve his game.

Well he has a 4 year contract so he'll be going nowhere. Don't forget that the team and coach you so readily dismiss finished 7th in the league table last season.

As a Cas fan, it sickens me to say you are right hamilton, this has been the case and has been pointed out by a select number of fans on this forum for some time now

Lets just say there is more than a little rumour out that Hull Fc have bought Joe's contract out and he will be heading there for next year.

Seems to me Westerman has gone off the boil in the last couple of years.

I'm also concerned about the stories of his drinking. We had a real problem with the drinking culture here at Hull over the past few years, hence the clear out of of players at the end of last season. Agar has cracked down on it this season and dropped Tansey for the Quins match. We don't need any more players who are more interested in boozing than training and playing.

Westy seemed to go off the boil after his head injury last year (which i would expect most players would)

he has close links to rich agar,and the rumour mill does appear to have gone into overdrive.owen and shenton have been mentioned aswell

Strange that, i have heard this rumour too but not read much about it on here, but i think the odds are very good that he wont be wearing a cas shirt next year

I heard player exchange so it seems there are plenty of stories doing the rounds. If its the player I heard at Hull id quite happy take the cash and player.

Ah the wonderful rumour mill. I can't pretend that I know anything and yes I have heard all the rumours, and if you were to believe them all we would have no players left.

Maybe if certain people put as much effort into supporting Cas as they put into putting 2 and 2 together and coming up with 576.

However what I do know is that while any player pulls on a shirt and represents my team i will give them 100% support and yes at times I may not be happy but I know i'll have done my bit, and maybe if other people did the same our team may get some confidence back.
