Bailey will play this season its called squad rotation, the coach will have a starting 17, this will be a team he considers to be his strongest squad and if injuries permitting would probably play in the major games, the beauty of having a decent squad is that a player of bailey's calibre will be called upon and because of the side Leeds have wont really look out of place, now compare that luxury of a decent squad and look at ours and you see why we will ALWAYS be a second fiddle side until there is a change of attitudes at Cas. Like it or not Leeds are the team we have to emulate and pass to be the best team in SL and we are way off the mark at the moment.

I think it's obvious which opinions are in the majority here and it's not his!

Like it or not Tigerman I think you need to wake up and smell the roses, the fact is to have a squad of the size and quality of Leeds we need money, this money has to come from either a board/chairman who are prepared to underwrite any debts incurred paying for said squad, or from a dramatically increase in revenue from gate receipts and merchandising. If you look at Leeds attendances and retail turnover that would be around the figures Cas would need to sustain a similar squad.

Now if you are prepared to underwrite any debts the club incurrs putting this new squad together, or alternatively you have a plan to double our fan base I am sure the board would be interested in talking to you, other wise I think you need to have a bit of a reality check.

One final point of note would be the new stadium. We recently got full planning permission to extend our buildings at my place of work, I can assure you it is a long drawn out, costly procedure. The planning itself is 5k along with the architects fees, the planning consultants fees, etc etc, so it is a given that the club is going to be coughing up fairly heafty lumps of cash at fairly regular intervals throughout the course of this year.

As a stand alone buisness all this has to be payed for by the profits that the club has acrued and will make during the year.

So basically when you take all this into consideration where does the money come from to go out and sign all these top quality signings?

Whether that is true or not, you cant help but admire how shrewd a buisness man he is.

And feel sorry for him for having married Kath, perhaps next to JJB the ugliest person in RL.

But if Bailey again gets plenty of game time this season,and doesn't go out on loan as has been suggested on here,then my opinion will be proved to be right and the posters that have contested this view will in fact be wrong!

I think with probable injuries Bailey remains a firm member of Leeds' squad. However, just because people think differently does not mean I'd completely disregard what they say, for instance, it is always plausible for such occurences to happen.

so which occurences which may happen, do you want to include that would make you want to dissagree with what the posters have said regarding Bailey?

Bailey has been injured during most seasons of his contract at the Rhinos,but has still won 4 GF's and lost 1,the fact is that he has been a major player in our squad now for 8 or more seasons,and will be so this season

Dear me, do I really have to explain myself again. Cas fans said that Bailey MIGHT be available. You came on here all guns blazing arguing the toss and criticising those people for posting those message, which they are perfectly entitled to do so, just like you are entitled to your own opinion. To suggest they should "have a word with themselves" because they hold such an opinion is delusional. My post was merely suggesting that both sides have valid points and as a result it is not impossible that Bailey leave on loan. Whether it happens or not remains to be seen.

Also, the fact you feel the need to keep re-iterating the point that he's been in Grand Finals, etc etc, is irrelevant. Yes, he's been a major part but it is not impossible for players to play a lesser part as they get older. Maybe you should have a word with yourself about where you're posting and how you're posting before coming in arguing the toss.
