At the start of last season he had more than 5 good games, linking up with the halfs he was a big part of our attack that saw us at the top half of the table.

Only one poster seems to rate Jacko, l think the Giants were a bit hasty releasing him, he was an above average player, always gave 100%, and was a favorite with many fans, we have jet to replace him, and it won´t be easy, he´s coming back to you a better player, our loss, your gain IMO

IMO he was awful in 2008, but started 2009 like a house on fire, just hope those first few games in 2009 weren't a blip.

but he was good defensivley at Huddersfield. he could lose that under a poor defensive coach, now let me look at our defensive stats over the last couple of seasons......

always thought owen looked very good on the wing, unfortunately this leaves goldie to cover fb which always leaves my heart in my mouth

I think we're stronger in defence with Owen at fullback. He seems to coordinate things better and get the gaps filled, whereas Goldy just doesn't bother.

Said it before, in Owen we have a player who could develop in a great fullback,one who could push for international honours.

If next season T.M sticks him out on the wing to accomadate Mcgoldrick at fullback it looks to me he is putting his friendship with ryan over the teams best interests

Mcgoldrick was bought as a centre and should play there...less running across the field crab like then.
