| If the rumours are true re. Snitch .... verbal agreement to sign for Wakey then gets a better offer from Cas and reaches verbal agreement to sign for Cas only to receive an even better offer from Hull and agrees to sign for Hull ..... then I am sure Cas will use some of the money they were going to pay Snitch to up Ryans contract offer. I just cannot see the point of Cas letting Ryan leave for the sake of a few quid , 19 out of 20 people you talk to rate the lad, the 20th seems to be the Cas head coach. Time for Richard Wright to stamp his authority and get the lad signed.

One team denies the rumours. According to that Leeds and Wakefield left.'"
mcrae must have gone to the same school of fib telling as matterson, as far as i know they have just about got him signed up. the worst thing about it is i dont think they are offering a great deal more than cas its just they have offered a first team spot which he knows he isnt going to get with us as long as TM is coach, and whats more when are we going to anounce some new signings, dont get me wrong the chase signing was great but if the club want to shift some season tickets this would be a great time to anounce some new blood.

Snitch and Jackson In, Ford and Boyle out

| ive spoke to ryans family and the move is nothing down to money ryan is on a very low wage much lower than higgins and jackson has been signed on more than dbl what boyle asked for, but mainly he wants some first team experience but tm has told him he wont be featuring much in the first team games and mcrae has offered him a first team slot so at the minute it looks like he will definatley be leaving
feather is also leaving but thats it everyone else is staying put for next year at least.

| It's sad when a local lad is pushed out of the club.
In the long run though, if boyle does go to salford for 2/3 years and get's valuble first team rugby, lets not forget terry matterson wont always be a coach at cas. Maybe in 2/3 years time and ryan as come on leaps and bounds he might find a career back at cas.
Still though it must very hurtful when the lad wants to play for his home town club and the coach see's differant.
I wish him well wherever he goes.

| Why don't Cas give Boyle a slighty improved deal and send him out on loan to Salford, abit like what Saints have done with scot moore. There are a few players out on loan while they develop like McNally at his hometown club whitehaven while being on Hudds books.
simples
p.s i do want ryan to stay at Cas but if he isn't going to get the game time , a loan move seems best imho rather than lose a home grown forever.
