Not bad, got criticised for his performance at Barrow but had a stormer vs Widnes.

He did a lot better v Widnes....wouldn't go as far as 'a stormer'.

A cracking draw. I've always like it when we play Fax. A great set of fans, who always bring plenty, make some noise, and generally have a good laugh with plenty of banter. I think it's the potential to be a good game, with Fax playing well in the national leagues, they'll come full of confidence. We only have to look at how hard we pushed Bradford when we were in NL1, to see what a good side from that division is capable of on it's day.

Good draw for both teams i think, your at home and should win. We get to test ourslves against a good side and see how far behind SL we are/see how good we are.

Always a good day out at cas and hopefully we should bring a few over.

Naaaa Rochdale would have been a good draw, Halifax are a good team and if Cas think for a single second that it's going to be a walk in the park then we could get turned over.

Very intriguing contest this, BBC could do a lot worse than selecting it for TV coverage.

He has hopefully just found his form but He aint stand out to say he came down from SL would be very dissapointed if he didnt contribute more to our season.

I would of though Wakefield v Wigan will be on. But from a neutral i would of thought that Cas v Halifax will be a better game than the Saints v Catalans.

But i'm not in charge at the BBC and they'll prob put the two saints v Catalans on!

Think about it, more people are going to want to watch Super League teams. It makes no sense for the BBC to put on promising games with smaller teams because that won't get nearly as many people watching.

I dont think they like to have one sided games on tv they perceive it as not been good for the game. Perhaps if it had been at Fax and maybe evened the game up a tad it might have been on.
