It smacks of the RFL finding away to appease Wigan, since the loss of "all" their players to RU.

I think this could be dangerous, and could lead to financial problems for clubs that try to over spend.

It's their choice whether to spend it or not, just as some people use their credit card to the limit. All it needs is proper management from the top of the club(s)

It is, some clubs are in debt and others not so.

And some have cynically walked away from theirs....

And some have unpaid debts, so, if and when they are paid come back and tell me.

You may be suprised to know AG is still paying back those cynicall debts, still if you don't know that you could make it up to suit.
