Well quite a few of our fans, including myself, have wrote or mailed to the RFL regarding the fine and complaining. Everyone of them, certainly myself and all the others I have spoken to, have received the same standard reply. That is that since Castleford have lodged an appeal that it is inappropriate for the RFL to comment on the matter whilst the appeal is still impending.
That suggests strongly that one has been lodged. I would certainly hope so, as as far as I am concerned we have absolutely no case to answer. If it does turn out that we have not lodged one then RW and co. seriously need to be thrown out as they are unbelievably weak. |

That's a very good point Bullet. Seriously and I wouldn't kid anyone on, I know of two top solicitors and I mean top, who have let it be known that if our club were to engage them, they would get them off with all charges, log, stock and barrel. I will not go into it, but the RFL would not have a leg to stand on, unless they were wanting to set in place very serious implications I am pretty certain we have lodged an appeal, but if we haven't then quite frankly you are dead right, our club has a leadership that is incredibly weak. |

Wow. Lawyers saying 'if you hired me, I'd win your case'. Unheard of. 
Normally they go all out to say "pay me a large wedge, but you'll still lose'. |
