Sky need to stop having Saturday games. They never attract crowds.

Wasn't it Cas who requested the game be moved to a Saturday from Friday night to give them extra rest after Easter? Sure it was (and that Eddie made comment about whether playing Friday would have made the score worse), in which case Sky cannot be blamed on this occasion

There is big problems at Cas and lets hope the people within the club don't think it's just the coach because if they do the crowds will get lower If you look at today it looks like you got less than 3000 fans that will support the club through hard times I hope you do get sorted out even though I'm a Fev fan I would not really get any pleasure in seeing Cas or any other club fail By staying away all you are doing is making it harder for your club to survive in the S/L and you will loose your spot if your not careful. You MUST support your team through these hard times because if you don't you are helping the club get weaker and you will come down a league. Stick with them they need you all now

You won't get Huddersfield fans commenting on the crowd competition cos we get more stick than most.

Hope Cas can get the fans back cos they have a decent fanbase and hope the Giants can win sommert this season and we can get some fans thru the doors cos clubs and SL will not survive without them.

As well as a low crowd, revenue will have been down as there were A LOT of cas fans selling tickets before the game. The tenner they were selling them for went into the individuals pocket not the clubs.
I can understand the fans being disheartened and voting with their feet but it is hurting the club more. To be able to attract players and keep the wealth of fabulous young talent that keeps coming out of your club you need the cash coming through the turnstiles. You need to find a way to show the club you are unhappy whilst still supporting it.

Discuss the crowd? Well about 4 weeks ago I negotiated Yesterday off work (friday the 5th of April) and for that I said I'd work the Saturday. Roughly 10 days ago, the game was moved from friday to Saturday. Ultimately I didn't go today. As it stands, i'll be there next week to see another defeat.
