TBH (and I come in peace - this is TRULY not an attempt to wind you up), but if we're talking simply end-of-season league positions, I think going back to 1960, you would be quite surprised. The problem is that I've got no records of where Wakey finished in 1995/6, 1996 and 1997, and I need to check some 2nd division tables from the 1980s (which are currently up the loft) to do a full comparison. If you could pm me the finishing positions of Wakey in1995/6, 1996 and 1997, I'd be genuinely grateful.

Just looking forward to the game, regardless of the final result. Really enjoy the atmosphere from walking down from town right up to cheering Wakey on from our end down the lane. Think a good crowd does both our club's bids some good.
Something to continue to look forward to if we both lose out on the franchises.
