Might be a case of fans not wanting to go through what happened last year. Only 2 turnstyles open and some fans missing the first 20 minutes of the game. Add to that the uncertainty about getting in by paying on the day and this will put a few off. First time we have had an afternoon kick-off also.

Make sure you keep your ticket stub if you gain access to the stadium from the Cats bar end or if you pay in on the day make sure you get a ticket. Bulls fans had problems earlier this season leaving the Cats bar to get into the stadium.

If I were you I'd spend less time worrying yourself over our ticket sales and more time worrying about how your going to get to Whitehaven next year if Bradford's appeal is successful.... Especially with rumors of more financial problems at your club

I don't understand why you're posting these numbers now, though, given that there are 4 days until the match? It'll be mightily embarrassing if Cas fans end up outnumbering the home support.

Second poster on the thread said it was poor that you only had a 1000 tickets and suggested it was because of capacity restrictions.

I am merely pointing out to you that of your ONE THOUSAND ADULT TICKET allocation, you had, by Friday, sold only 400.

A Cas poster then confirmed this by showing ticket 417, purchased on Saturday.

We haven't got "1000 adult tickets" nor did anyone say that - that's something you've come on here proclaiming yourself. We have an allocation of 1200 comprised of 500 adults, 400 concession and 300 juniors.

We have sold 400 adults plus whatever concession and junior tickets. And whatever seating tickets - judging by an aforementioned post - that have been sold through your own ticket office.

You need to go on Casforum for all the good stuff. This site is just a playground for Cas/WTW goading and back-biting. Basically somewhere where the fans of the 2 clubs see who can pee higher up the wall than the other clubs fans.

the ground barrier work was completed a week ago all to the same spec as the ones that passed with flying colours, my question is why is the council dragging their feet when they can see that tremendous of work amount has been done, the south entrance will be open ticket only which will help entrance
by all means have a pop at the club if you like but there's more to this than you think

I have noted other areas of concern which is not as important but we as fans will be pushing the club to get things and with MC, CB, KH have listened

it far more tidier than it has been in years, safety was never an issue like your clubs ground

Went into the club shop this afternoon all our standing allocation have gone.

There is seating tickets available at the same price as a standing ticket, but having seriously struggled for legroom twice in the past at Belle Vue (I'm over 6ft tall) I've decided to give it a pass.

I will add I struggle for leg room at Cas and other older stadiums, the newer one's like Hudds, Hull and Wigan I just have enough.

Looks like the council have left it too late. Any potential walk-up supporters won't even bother now. Shame.
