I'd be suprised if you weren't allowed in there and nothing has come out of the club to say you're not. Come up and enjoy a few beers, after all Fev and Cas fans work and live with each other day to day and if we can't have a pint and a bit of banter before and after the game then it is a sad reflection on our society.

I also work with alot of Fev fans - all of them brilliant supporters. Unfortunately it is a sad reflection on our society when a small minority are hell bent on spoiling it for the majority and (like many Cas fans) a risk I am not prepared to take thanks.

We never had segregation at Fev/Cas matches before - why now ? What has changed ?

Just remind me which two sets of fans were fighting last weekend? You make it sound like any trouble will solely come from Fev fans. Given your own clubs recent history that is a bit rich.Or are you suggesting that Cas fans don't want to come because of the trouble of BOTH sets of fans as you haven't really made that clear

As for segregation it isn't really that. Fev fans usually change ends at half time, as far as I know Cas fans don't so it is to avoid any possible overcrowding, or confrontation the decision was made to allocate one side to Cas. I'm sure many Fev and Cas fans will be mingling before and after the game and it is as Sidnee says up to fans to stand up to the minority and not let them spoil it for the rest

I'll be going to soak up the atmosphere and enjoy the game.

So in 2006, when PO Road was packed for Fev Vs Cas we didn't have to segregate the fans - we have been for this Saturday. My question remains unanswered - What has changed since then ? I'll give you a clue - The Halifax incedent maybe ?

Please don't try to take the morale high ground here, both clubs have had issues in the past and both clubs decided on the segregation at the security meeting. If it means the match goes ahead with no trouble then surely thats all that matters?

Agree. Lets hope it does. I think its what happens after the match that might be concerning most people.

Anyone wanting a drink there is a lot of us going to the Elephant Ponte Sat morning at 11am. There is some food, disco and Karaoke. There is some Cas fans coming as well, we have a token handful coming with us that we can abuse all day, dont worry they hold there own

It is not certain yet that the allegations are in fact true. You appear to have read an account of an allegation made on a public forum or read the alleagation made on our own website and pronounced guilt yourself with no corrobarative evidence. Poor do.
There is a plan in place for this sort of behaviour. To air it would be daft as it can then be circumvented.

But your club WERE found guilty were they not???


As far as I am aware the criminal justice system operates within an "innocent until proven guilty" ethos. So far at least, guilt remains unproven with regards to this incident.
