nothing to worry about at all in respect to the stadium i have every reaosn to believe come 2011 we will be in a big shiny new one. i only hope we play well in it.

whatever wakey may or may not be saying at the minute - the fact is they are miles behind us - no planning application, no feasability study, not even purchase the land, no plans, no architect, no formal agreements just pure hope and plans at the minute.

we will deliver a 15k capacity stadium for 2011 and we will secure our SL - by the way we would be pushing for a A grade licence. i believe we will average 10k by 2011 and with top class facilities etc we will be grade A easy

York co properties own the land, a company which I believe Walker owns so that’s not a problem in any way!

As for been miles behind you I very much doubt it, and I am more than sure we will get planning permission as Walker would not have taken it on other wise!

End of the day though I will only believe it when I see it, as much as I believe it will happen anything can happen between now and then!
