I don't think the result was as much of a shock as some of the media is stating.
Cas in very poor form and some in camp trouble against a Barrow side generally in the habit of winning.

It's history now and you should all be getting ready for the visit of the Salford City Reds at the weekend.
Both clubs are very much hot and cold this season and I think this game will be a cracker and may the best team win on the day.[/i

| Anyway...Back on topic
The result was no great shock, Barrow won the N.L1 grand final last season and were always going to give us a game regardless of how we were playing at the moment.
The only comfort i can take from sunday is that (i hope) big changes will be made at the club. |

Another concern for me is that I genuinely don't think we've hit rock bottom yet.
