Heard something very similar to that yesterday- which lead me to think maybe you were being kept in the dark regarding the possibility of plan "B" being a move to J30??
As Waystones own the site, you do not technically have a site, nor a contract with a developer or architect, what have you been doing for the past 5 years?

Not mud slinging or wanting to start a measuring contest, just trying to get my head round where exactly your at.

That sounds quite clearly (imo) like Waystone, Cas and the architects are all together finalising the details of the plan etc.

It says appointed, not seleceted, or chosen or prefered. Appointed means they have got the job.

I interpreted it as this - but I may be wrong:

Both Waystone and Castleford had to co-agree on their preferred architects.
Preferred architects were told thus making them the 'appointed' architects.
Club and Waystone draw up contract to give to appointed architect.
Appointed Architect signs contract
Architect announced

That would mean we are upto stage 3/4. Although, again clarification is needed.
