I would have welcomed Kear to the club a couple of years ago...but not now.
In that time he has applied for two other coaching jobs while still having a contract at Wakey, while this happens in everyday life he could hardly demand any loyalty of players to a particular club could he? |

I was just about to post the same thing about Kear's comments post-franchise decision. He was all for getting a new contract and now seems to have changed his mind and "subscribed" to the 5 year coaching cycle.
This would be a massive step back for us as would the appointments of Andy Hay or Justin Morgan. I thoroughly believe we either need Brian Noble or one of .
To be honest, given the calibre of coaches rumoured to have applied I would be extremely disappointed to sign any of the above |
