| Regarding the renting costs, it seems to work for clubs that can guarantee above 8-9 thousand average attendances a'la Warrington Hull and Wigan, OK if a sugar daddy will pay it for you (Hudds/Widnes), not so good for a struggling side moving away from its city boundaries (Salford).
Another club to note who have had trouble paying rental costs are Leigh who also don't have the luxury of a benefactor to bank-roll them.

I always had suspicions of other motives when the NM site was announced. Had it been to to west or north of Wakey I wouldn't have had. Moving in a south-easterly direction and as the crow flies directly towards Castleford was the give away.

at the begining of next month it should be proposed, but who knows
ask the man pulling all the strings,
But on the other about SL clubs, if both shares and worked together in making it work, it would work, if both clubs snubs each other it could go ever way, look at the Wolves and the Reds,Two complexes one prospers and one flops
one each would be nice but it's all down to money

| Doncaster.
Rent will be cheaper, it's actually built and is easy to get to from Cas.

No, I know this because the entire BoD were at the meeting at the Civic Centre where SF said he hadn't looked at it and it wasn't an option as far as he was concerned.

Stop speaking in riddles man, if you know something spit it out so you can at least be accountable.

I have to agree, I always thought it was a politically sensible site, of course it could have just been down to being already designated for development and the ground was just an add on - I don't know.
The thing is though it was from day one vehemently nailed to the Cas mast, that under no circumstances would Cas groundshare there.
Things have changed all ways round since then and if it was the only way of keeping Cas in SL then I could see SF looking into it.
One thing that hasn't changed though as far as I know is that Wakefield are happy to go there an be anchor tennants, so I'm not sure what the other mysterious accusations relate to.
I wonder if (going back to Cas' £2m development money) if Mr Box is a bit worried and trying to pull some strings on the behalf of his beloved tigers by pumping all the money into NM because he knows GH to be dead or perhaps it's just desperate speculation and here say??

Take your copper theft, that is going to be a cost to you if you rented it would be the landlords cost and up to them to sort out the replacement and future security of any replacement, just as a topical aside.'"
Just a s another topical aside -
The terms of the rental agreement presented by Sir Rod to the Inspector show that would not be the case for you at NM. WTW will ultimately be responsible for the maintenance of the stadium and full insurance costs.

For a Cas fan you know so much about our affairs, you're either obsessed or thinking of jumping ship - I honestly can't decide which.
