Opus are paying for the pp for their development of WR, if that goes ahead then the ground will be sold to them and we move on.
TBH I see no sense in this stadia madness cos I believe both Cas and Wakey will be ejected from the bent private members club in the not too distant future to get it down to 12 or to make room for another bout of expansion madness.
Kinda looking forward to being competative in a more honest league |

Whatever the truth is about who or how many will represent the WF postcode in SL, both clubs have promised the RFL they will deliver.
Will it be us, you, Fev two from three or all three? Will it be none?
Don't fool yourself Cas are chasing the stadium ghost as much as we are, with no more guarantee of not playing in front of 2500 die hards, and sadly that is the future and we are all in it. |

It is Opus's project - they are the ones buying the land to develop the stadium, therefore, they are paying for the submission of the planning application. |
