None of us doubt the sincerity of TM's statement about available resources and facilities at Cas.
I guess we will never know, however much depends on how the Cas job and these factors, were sold to TM. Perhaps he was promised a full SL support system and facilities would be available to back up his efforts (Which never materialised)....or maybe he was told....take a look around because this is what you've got available to work with. I guess we may never know.
In year 1, it will be very much the same for IM I suspect. Let's face it in 2012, are Cas going to suddenly pull out masses of additional resources and facilities for IM to work with either? Until the new stadium is complete, perhaps that's just the way it is at Cas!
