| Can the suspended fine be effected because of this?
I would have thought not because it's for a different thing, but another investigation and punishment may be on it's way.

No, it was outside of the clubs land so it would be the council's land and not the club.
If it was within the grounds of the club there would be a case, but it wasn't so no case for the club.

| That's a bit simplistic Gaslight. Just because it wasn't on Cas land, doesn't mean that there won't be some comeback on the club.
Whatever happens, it's not what's needed in the lead up to licencing.

Another thing add in is that is there any actual evidence that it was a Cas fan, or just the word of Burgess?

| I saw the kid do it. It wasn't anyone from boot room it was on the corner of Princess St and he was no more than about 8, I was about 20/25 yards away from them. He was stood with loads of little scrote friends and none of them looked like they had even been to the game, he threw the rock and they all ran off so would have no idea who it was if i saw him again!

| Outside the ground, not our problem, blame the council and Burgess is a liar. You've surpassed yourself there Gaslight. Luke Burgess uses his Twitter feed all the time, remember when he posted the picture of his jaw? I'm sure lots of other's saw the incident but it was Luke who posted it to his feed.
Here it is:
LukeBurgess87 Luke Burgess
A cas fan just launched a rock at our coach and cracked all the window...what a f****** disgrace.

| Ah, you do work for the RFL don't you dboy. You're applying the "one rule for Cas, one rule for everybody else" rule aren't you. How can the club be held responsible for something that didn't happen in the ground? No one else gets fined for things that happen outside the ground.
It's one mindless idiot. The country is being over run by them. We'll end it with, "every club has them". We've had these discussions before. We (the Cas and Leeds fans, plus the RL community) are all on the same side with this thing. We want the idiot found and put away.

| the person who threw the brick may have been wearing a cas shirt that does not mean to say that they attended the game they may have been watching in the pub you would not say it was the pubs fault would you. It is the action of a mindless individual and not under the control of the club

Sounds like they didn't even attend
But you have to remember, you ALWAYS have to blame Cas for everything, even if they didn't do it.

You've lost me!
No judgemental comments from me. I suggest that the fans' themselves have a responsibility to the club, as well as the club being responsible for the fans'.
Your club may lose it's control over you, but it doesn't stop you affecting your club by your actions, just by being "outside the grounds".
You can't blame the club, but you can blame the fans' (and unfortunately people will say Cas "fans" as a group).

I have worked with toughened glass 6 to 10mm thick and know how fragile they can be on edge but a sidewards impact can tend to rebound quite easily.
for a 8 yr old to throw a rock at the bus window must have been done with some power.
its a shame you couldn't of followed up where the little scrote ran off to
I hope that there is no repercussions come from this for the club
