Has been known to play there but mostly at prop. Have to say I'm a bit surprised, thought with Sarge, Huby, Higgins and Jackson we would have been looking elsewhere to strengthen. That is, of course, if the deal is still on.

i heard this rumour about a week ago but payed no attention to it as we seem to have plenty of forwards but when i think back a few years matterson signed so many of them you could have named a team 1 to 13 of forwards so i guess it could happen. |

Not from what I know, though the club often has more than one set of negotiatoins going on at once so the player(s) involved know the club won't be held to ransom (these days anyway). |
