tbh the ref was has bad for both teams today,wakey will point to the penalty before half time and they would have every right to complain has smith was wrong, but some of the messing around at the play the ball was a joke for both sides.

too many penaltys for both teams.

glad that ones over for another year, $HIT GROND , $HIT WEATHER AND not a very good wakey team. good two points for us today i thought but listening to radio on way home i couldnt belive all the wakey fans moaning about the ref i thought he was pretty much poor for us both just our penalties were in a good part of the field, which makes a change for us but in all a good day

You wasnt exacally great today was you! Boths teams was poor.

We just stuck to a simple gameplan. Wasn't attractive, wasn't pretty but did the job effectively. Broughy tried throwing wild passes and that's what cost you in the end.

With regards the ref, some contentious decisions again but it was reasonably better.

At the end of the day you expect that sort of game in that weather. Like Fully said we stuck to our game plan and it worked for the conditions.

We made less mistakes, and gave away fewer kickable penalties, and got a result. Wasn't a great game but I'll take the win.

I agree with that, i do think we just shaded it over the 80 mins.
The down pour 20 mins before the game did'nt help with lots of lost ball and players slipping.

Best team won imo.

Wakey were just awful, we are so inconsistant it becomes tupid, a win like that over saints means absolutely nothing now
