You just can't tell what a feasibility study's going to turn up, which is why they have them. Still, you Wakey fans keep living in your magic stadium dream world if you like (just like you accused us of doing three years ago) - It's no skin off my nose. But ffs don't waste your time coming on here and spinning your crap to us.
We've been there, done that.

Whoops!

OK, let's approach this from a different angle.
Pretend it's not me you're talking to, let's drop all club issues and be rational.
So, I have no insider info (truth is I no longer do) instead it's just a gut feeling, one of those "you just no what's going to happen moments" - a bit like when we play you
What is it this gut feeling Vasty - I don't her you ask
Well it's this - WMDC.
You see for me this thing will be decided politically and not by the clubs or their supporter.
In a nutshell the Stanley development is an absolute WIN WIN for WMDC which in one foul swoop will remove a massive monkey off it's back. It simply gives them everything they need to wash their hands of the whole issue and at the same time come up smelling of roses - they simply can't lose.
If Glasshoughton goes ahead along with Stanley they will end up with a community stadium and privately funded stadium within their area. All parties will be happy. However I firmly believe Cas can't fund it and with Stanley available neither will WMDC, but maybe they can in which case fine.
If Glasshoughton fails and Stanley goes ahead they WMDC be OK because they will have given Cas the option and if they miss the boat they only have themselves to blame.
If Cas join in WE get a new state of the art bigger stadium that due to it's position ie in Wakefield but damn close to Cas they can genuinly say they have helped provide a facility for the whole community. This is something they could not do if they backed Glasshoughton which will always be perceived as the Cas stadium.
With the sort of money we are talking and the political situation from a purely rational perspective you just know what's coming next - go on admit it, it's what worries you.
TBF I would be worried if I were a Cas fan but only because the stadium is in Wakey though only just, the other way around and I'd be worried - I suppose that's where the Trust bit comes in - it would need to gain the trust of both sets of fans - big ask I know.
I'm not saying it's what I want or where I want it, I'm just trying to be realistic and not think like a fan.
