I hope thats not the case because never have I wanted us to demolish a team so badly. I'm in Australia for our last game against Wakey in August, [uso all being well this will be the last Cas V Wakey game Ill be at[/u. Boy do I want us to give them a hiding.'"
Quote Towns88="Towns88"You're absolutely right.
I hate losing to Wakefield. I despise you. To lose that game I then lose the emotion that the derby game generates. Games against Quins, Crusaders, Catalan at home are soulless in comparison.
Never thought I'd utter these words ever, *mumbles*,[u hope you get a franchise*.[/u'"
Does this mean that you won't be watching Cas after this season? or is it a climb down on your part

| Shocking second half performance by Cas and all the more soul destroying as it was against the poorest side I believe we've faced this season. I thought it was a slow game, we got sucked into a scrap and Child, as expected, proved to be a leveller for much of the game. That doesn't excuse our shocking defence though when at 20-points up all we had to do was retain posession and kick on from there.
Interesting to see that normal service was resumed yesterday for both teams, regardless of how desperately unlucky we were at the end.

| I think that's a semi-fair analysis. We definitely played the game at Wakefield's pace, and if you play to their pace, they're going to be in with a chance. If we'd had more urgency and put the effort into quick play the balls, we'd have blown them off the park.
Unfortunately we couldn't match Wakefield for enthusiasm, and the better team on the night won.

Oh well, I don't suppose everyone can be gracious in defeat.

| Wakey missed Higgins, Rinaldi, Moriano and our kicker griffin. Plus George out also. All expected to be back vs kr.
Wigan were class defensively by all accounts and any team in Sl would have struggled to score more than 10. There heads were screwed on big time.
That said cas are looking like doing what wakey did last season after we won 7 from 9. I hope you turn it round and keep fighting and get back to winning ways!
Just until we meet again ofcourse

| Very premature. We were the better side against the top of the league side yesterday (ok that is about to change) away from home.
We will finish in the play offs. Didn't you lot slide to 11th last year?

Not really a slide more of a quick tumble, but yes.

| You know we did slide back to 11th last season.
Oh and well done for finishing in playoffs with another 15 games to play. . Perhaps as premature a comment as my earlier comment
I was trying to wish cas some good luck here, I hope you do get in playoffs as I'd prefer seeing cas in there ahead of a fair few other teams.
