Chase will be the main man at the Devils don't worry about that, and when your team sets up their whole game around one/two men which Salford will then you'll realise how much freedom Chase and Smith will have, England on the other hand play the Leeds Rhinos way of hot potato rugby using the outside backs to do the creating and scoring, you could say the same for Huddersfield, nobles teams on the other hand play very different for one their halfback dependant and use the big guns to finish off the hard work abit like Deacon and Robbie Paul used to do for the Bulls, and believe it or not noble laid down the platform at Wigan, he just wasn't given the time.

Johnny lomax was injured for large parts of the season, along with roby, and we sure did look average at times.

I understand why a few people have question marks over Salford (and I understand why all Salford fans seem confused as to why) - but I don't think they have enough quality, even with the buys firing to break the top 5/6.

As for cas, I really like the cas mentality, and as a club I have a lot of respect for what your trying to do, unfortunately that doesn't always translate to quality on the pitch - so I'd say 9th - 10th, but I'd really like it if you snuck into the 8

At the end of the day nobody knows anything until next year, we can all be experts in our own mind but until the season kicks off nobody know nowt.

I think it'll be a close season, but hopefully we'll just edge a thriller.

Although i think we will probably finish 9th anything less than a play off spot should be seen as a fail. But then it's a relegation year so.....

you lying barsteward , I haven't mentioned finishing position in other thread at all.

We need to be in at least 9th or 10th come August. We don't want to be sweating into the last 6 games of the season. A top 12 finish this season will do for me - mission accomplished.

Don't count out the Bulls chaps. We are currently in the do do again but if that is sorted in the next few days (new sponsors announced next week) we have a better team than last year. Bulls fans will be happy finishing 3rd from bottom but we might just surprise a few. Anyway, looking forward to you all coming to Odsal. Don't forget to spend lots of money when you do.

We have lost Chase but we won a few games last year when he was suspended so the players need to remember they can step up, couple that with a full pre season with a coach who is capable of wringing every last bit of talent out of supposedly average players.

I'm going for 9th.

i think overall cas are better off with out chase you depended on him far to much, once the players start playing together rather than individuals and with the better pack and a good coach you will have a good year.
