Thats the problem, if it was don right, Cas should let the fan know what as gone on, if we have not done it right the Directors should take a long look at them selves, and make shore nothing like this happens again.

There is such a thing as commercial sensitivity and confidentiality. We're a business, things shouldn't just be released into the public willy nilly. Would you like all your financial transactions being released to the general public? I wouldn't. |

I would argue that that the RFL should also stop them from any involvement with any other member club until this issued is fully investigated and settled.
Unless of course it already has and is, or there is nothing to investigate or settle.
The RFL being aware of anything would amaze me. |

| Well, if that's true Cas aren't going to do anything until they've fulfilled all parts of the contract they agreed upon i.e. Stadium naming (Ferres said the new name will be revealed in January) and all the associated Probiz logos on the website etc.
This is so only one party is in breach of contract.
Then Cas have the option of court or a winding up petition.
Quote Generally a winding up petition (WUP) costs between £300 and £800 to issue, PLUS £1,190 court deposit, and the filing fee,'"
Which means they will have to be sure of winning if they go the WUP route. |
