Got to agree that Millward is brilliant at man-management. He is a very insightful tactician, and generates an atmosphere where players will run through a brick wall for him. The tag that, 'he gets the best out of average players' is just plain stupid! More like, he gets the 'full potential' out of players! There is a big difference, and its the sign of a quality coach.

I doubt any Cas fan would ever expect us to be called a big club.....even if we were taken over by a double glazing magnate, secured sponsorship from some mighty ambulance chasers and were having a couple of conservatories built at our ground in the off-season. |
