I'm pretty certain it wasn't Daz who sent that banner up and also know it wasn't the majority of Cas fans either, so that point is pretty worthless imo.

Lots of Cas fans wanted Kear before we got Matterson, me included and i'd say even more want him in charge now. I often feel for Terry as i blame our BOD for not giving him a chance to field a quality SL team and instead he gets one which would struggle in NL1. That said, you can't argue with the points about what Matterson has or hasn't done with individuals, team talks and tactics. There are lots of questionable things that have gone on and only one guy can get the blame.

Marshy I know it wasnt Daz or the Cas fans what sent the banner up. I saw where he had said he wanted Kear and for my sins I unwittingly put on here what was on the banner, it was a light hearted comment or so I thought at the time, had I known then that it would cause offence I would not have posted it. I know things are a bit demoralising at the moment we are going through the same sort of things as your club but it seems we are dealing with it better than some on here. On a personal note I could not care less about Matteson he is not my problem, but that does not mean that I dont want your club to sort itself out with all the issuse surrounding the club.

I think just about all coaches have a shelf life at a particular club, players seem to suss coaches out and get a little too familiar after a while and start to take liberties with even the best them. I think Morgan is a good coach, but maybe now is the time for him to move on.
