Presumably because I missed a "t" off the end of your username ? ?
If so, then you have my apology and sympathy Squire !
Just the sort of petty reply I expected from you alfred, ignore the gist of my response in my defence to your stupid post, whereby you accuse me of coming on the Cas board to try and derail the thread, an apology for that would have been more appropriate which I could have accepted assuming of course that you were big enough to admit your mischief making towards me, instead you come up with a lame excuse and apology that you forgot a T of my username, how pathetic you really need to get darnt lane and watch the team you pretend to support, because if they get into the play off's you'll only embarrass yourself when somebody scores and you have to ask his name

Your ignore button can't be working
Now whose delusional, I'd completely forgot about you till I read your post on the VT making your mouth as per usual, telling all who were daft enough to read the rubbish you were posting about how you'd personally let Wakefield pay rent at your "new ground"
don't know where Rodders is but give him my love when you track him down, he's a fine man, somebody you should aspire to when you become an adult

| I'm at a loss with this "Cas Councillors" reference, sorry. Are you saying Wakey are where they are because of, well... democracy?
I'd love to know what it is the council have done for Cas other than their duty of considering a privately prepared planning application. I'm pretty sure they consider quite a few of them, but I don't think the act of granting one automatically makes them owned by the applicant.
And didn't they grant yours too?

A reasonable post. But you are wasting energy trying to reason with some of them. In their eyes the council is there to serve W.T.W and nobody else.

Some of them there's only one, and his username should give you a clue there, your in danger of lowering yourself to alfie apple, and tigercub's standard, and before you ask I don't know where Rodney is.

He's probably somewhere with a hard hat wearing Richard Wright helping him count the money Cas raked in during the buy a brick campaign!

| Mr Lunn's (of Lateral Properties) address to the crowd at half time was very well received. There wasn't a lot of detail but more of a summary of events and thank you's to the people concerned. I did notice the word "community" (as in "community stadium"icon_wink.gif used on a few occasions.
We were also introduced to the director of GMI Constrution who are the principal contractors who recently built Rotherham United's ground.

| Great news about the stadium and all looks good for the future. Cas have held back from big spending (yeh thank you Jack Fulton) but basically have played themselves to were they are, championship and all that and now reaping rewards.
Some clubs have tried to buy success and end up standing still or going backwards and still feel hard done by.
Steve Gill and co, Darrell Powell and co take us to the next stage in the era of the club.

What contracts are these exactly, that Wakefield signed? And who is Wakefield exactly?
I am so pleased that you remain totally and utterly clueless... It is occasionally good to get affirmation that, while change is always inevitable, people often do not!

Might I suggest with all honesty that you channel your efforts for the future to finding a new 'user' name for this forum
i.e [sizeNGB4TL[/size New Ground Before Third Lanark'"
No idea whom you are, but for clarity and because you clearly value honesty, the tale about the council selling Belle Vue back to Wakefield Trinity for a pound (good to see that it is now as low as a penny though!) is more than apocryphal, it is just downright rubbish! However, it is a story that people like to tell, including WMDC officers and Peter Box himself, despite it being total horse manure!

| Right, now we have the idiots who are clearly missing a suitable village out of the way...
I am really pleased to hear that this got handed back and that this would not be the subject of a costly and pointless public inquiry. WMDC have clearly learnt much from the fundamental errors that were made by them over Newmarket and the draft 106 document for Five Towns is everything that the Newmarket would should have been. I am pleased that Castleford Tigers and most importantly their fans will get the new ground they (like Wakefield) so desperately need and indeed deserve.
It looks like the start of the 2018 season will be the start of a new era for the club and it's fans!

| As i have said before lessons have been learnt but what i cannot understand sometimes is how and why these stadium issues have arisen in the first place.
One thing i will say is that this current wakefield board have in my opinion made a stance regarding BV and good on them.
I hope as a cas fan that it does work in wakefields favour and they get some stability somewhere, concentrate on rugby talk instead of stadium crap.
