Well, not really because the paper inside just shredded and went into a wet lump with the ink running dry, much like a tissue does. Therefore, there was no evidence that was a ST - I was just left with the plastic cover. I could have so easily just taken that, claimed I'd washed it and got another.
Says in the Terms and Conditions though at the back that replacements will be charged at pro-rata price. As we've had two home games, I'd say that it'll be full price minus £32/£33 for average game cost of those gone.
Each ST has a number and your name in front. Surely the club should have some record of the name of the person and the book number given, making it easy to track them?
