Why don't you do a Richard Wright bakery collumn, where he bakes a cake. But he doesn't give a clear indication of how long it will take to cook, or what the ingrediants are, how big it will be. He can start off saying it is going to be a great big cake then half way through reveal it is only going to 2/3 of the size he originally planned. Trouble is if he doesn't get his cake ready on time, he will be expelled from the kitchen!
