We have full planning permission for a new stadium. We can build the new stadium tomorrow if we wanted. There IS going to be a stadium.

Just because we don't have news, doesn't mean the RFL don't. As I've said, they are fully aware of the situation and are fully appreciative of that.

Our primary asset needs to be sold before it can be built. If we had £15m it would be built tomorrow.

You misread the context of what I meant in a sense: I was merely pointing out that we CAN build the stadium - there are no planning hurdles from preventing us from doing so. If you read the first line of my comment, you would have understood that.

Not misleading in any way. We have full planning permission, therefore, we can legally start building the stadium tomorrow. The only issue is funding, which is currently tied up in asset.

It will be very interesting after next week when Wakey get their full planning permission. They have the funds (they claim) so no doubt building will start straight away. Or will it ?
