Never really thought of davies as a prop, are those official return dates from the club? will be a lot a happier if they will all be back in feb. |

If its supposed to be treated like a superleague fixture then it would make sense to do this to get the forwards used to possible longer spells in the field. This is probably going to have a significant affect on most teams this year.

From a wakey point of view, Agar should be treating this like a SL game, he's had a good enough look at the squad and will have a good idea who will be in the 17/18 for Widnes, i would assume Mildred will be the same.
The one thing that puts me off friendlies is the size of the squads, no player is on more than twenty minutes without being subbed or changed position.
I appreciate the need for it all, but it makes for a poor spectacle with little or no intensity IMO.
That said I will be keeping my money in my pocket for when it really matters.
