Hull FC denied they were signing Westerman on the Monday and announced his signing on the Thursday so i would take what you read in the press with a pinch of salt. |

Everyone deserves a second chance/clean break/fresh start etc. The guy made a mistake but he's still a good player and would be worth a go in my opinion. We must be one of few clubs who currently have quota space, plus cap space, plus the requirement for a three-quarter. I'm puzzled as to why the club have reportedly ruled themselves out, and haven't seen any offical word from the club on the matter.

If he comes, I believe it is most likely he will go to Warrington, one way or another, not quoting a source close to the player or anything - just think you might find I am right with someone else being released/going home to make way.
Alternates might be Quins or Catalan - that's about it and I think it would be a 1 year special to allow the clouds to disperse, it wont be a long term thing. Would love us to get him, lots of players have come to Cas in the past with skeletons in their closet.
