There is a rumour on the fev forum and as i have said on their i hope he stays with us.
From a Cas point of view i cannot see how he will strengthen your team he is a very good player for us but we are not in S/l trying to get into the top 8 play offs. I dont know where you will be playing him as he is best at full back but time will tell.
If he does go i wish him good luck and hope he does well for you

I can't imagine for a second he'd play at FB unless McGoldrick is going to be forced into the halves with Rangi to accommodate Sherwin's on/off injury. Terry has shown no willingness to move McGoldrick from that position so far.

How is this going to work, Shaun is dual registered to Widnes who pay a certain percentage of his wages with Wigan obviously paying the rest. Wigan would have to loan you him but where does that leave us!

If true i hope widnes do not get a dual registration again.Better to have a loan player.It does not make sense unless dual registration terminated as thought player was between two clubs.This is a contract and why would a superlegue club want a decent player to go to their rivals?They could get more injuries in the backs and would need their player.Ainscough has a hamstring injury so could be out for a few weeks anyway.

We want to sign players without injuries to replace ours that our Injured. Surely cas wouldn't sign an injured player - would They? |

All the Widnes fans that i've spoke to have been well impressed, he's scored 4 in 3 games including a last minute winner against Barrow.
