Always love coming to Wheldon Road, we had a great day today and had a good natter with some cas fans. Great atmosphere and dare I say a cracking rugby ground. Give me wheldon road over K.C stadium for atmosphere any day. Loved it when Matterson and Sherwin had to plough through the rovers fans taking some light hearted banter.

where do you get that from ? lot of a dive full of edited .. language despicable from adults down to juniors ! and that is not just from a wakey fan..btw ..hkr is about the same ..edited on the preston road and a edited stadium...

There's nowt wrong with Wheldon Road. It's a good old fashioned ground with a cracking atmosphere. It's just a shame that the old farts at the RFL are so used to being pampered and cossetted that they can no longer appreciate what a ground like this means to TRUE Rugby fans.

You can keep you plastic Keepmoats and KC's - I LIKE standing and I LIKE a bit of banter with opposition fans. It warmed my heart at BV how Cas and Trin fans walked together for Adam, and then joined together in the ritual 'Slagging off of the ref!'. Pity you beat us, but there you go......

It's quite funny really, you generalising like that, and calling people retards, when you are quite clearly a bit "special" yourself. Go figure.

I, unfortunately, could not go today. However, my other half did, and he said it was a great day out. I have always liked the Cas fans, and hope you make the play offs, I think you deserve it. Good luck for the rest of the season.

Absolutely cracking day at the jungle, great fans good banter but although our ground is poop in areas the jungle takes the with the asbestos hanging ready to fall and give some1 a very nasty injury. not that im complaining cos we were well clear if anything was to happen but hey guys sort the shabby dangerous bits out and no complaints from me. lol . still loved it though as i did last year when we were beaten. good luck for and in the playoffs.

which as with the Hull match previously leaves me wondering why the police presence was so large, and why they insisted on it being an early kick off, i know they will see this as a success, but i believe that it is proof that it wasnt needed in the first place....

I couldnt have made a 3pm kick off as started work at 6pm so was glad of the time change!!!

When walking back to car there were about 20/30 HKR fans singing "shoot the Castleford scum" now even though that is a little banter to me and you if there were a group of cas fans that had been drinking you could easilily see why it kicked off at 12.

I think the game kicked off at 12 and saved a lot of potential trouble between 2 clubs that in this day and age aren't known for being too friendly anymore.

I just wanted to say that the reason the Mods are being more proactive about the use of terms like 'R****D' is that its not in this day and age an acceptable term to describe anyone, come on it is it.

As some of you might know I'm the Chair of the Rugby League Supporters Association and I'm in full support of an RFL campaign called 'You'll Never Watch Alone', this is intended to give those with learning disabilities the confidence to go watch Rugby League. It's been a big success and as a result some of people with learning difficulties with assistance and also independantly use Forums like this, so do thier families and it does cause distress and upsets people. When it does I get complaints and have to follow them up with the Mods and Admins here.

I'm just asking for support from you the RL family to help educate others who do use terms like this thats its not acceptable anymore. There are legitimate uses for it but you never get them used on these boards so please help me help others.
