Agree 100%

Can not see a 50-50 split in ticket allocation either

Not sure that the Galpharmwould have sold out but the smaller ground should mean a seel out which is something the RFL are keen on for the semi finals.

I like the Keepmoat stadium very much but it should have been the galpharm.

6500 tickets allocated to each club.
Thats poor, especially when leeds have 13,000 season ticket holders.
Good old RFL got it wrong again.

7000/6000 split according to our website (in our favour). 13,000 season ticket holders - I wish. I think we struggled to get 10,000 this year! I'd prefer it to be at the Keepmoat than at a half-empty Galpharm.

A favourable split ticket wise, all things considered. I really doubt that the keepmoat is big enough, but Galpharm would have been too big, as people have already pointed out. I do feel though that this game could have potentially attracted a 20,000 + crowd and so in my opinion a poor choice by the RFL.

Agree with this. The atmosphere will be rocking - and Cas' will never have a better chance.

Our semi with Saints last year attracted just over 15,000 fans. With all respect to yourselves, you don't have the number of 'very casual supporters' who'll go to the big games in a season (finals and semis and the like...), like ourselves and Saints do, purely because of the fact that in the past 10 years, you've not been in them. It's not a dig at your club but just a simple fact. Instead you have a strong hardcore-base that attend the majority of matches.

Poor choice. I don't think either side will struggle to sell 7000 tickets for this. You shouldn't be allocating fewer tickets to clubs than they have season ticket holders. Surely that's just lost revenue.

It will be a cracking atmosphere though.

Absolutely the correct decision. It should just about sell out, with a cracking atmosphere.Dreams of 20,000 at Hudders are pure fanciful.Atmosphere at Donny with 15,000 will be brilliant - well done the rfl.

blackpool for the nrc final we sold just short of 9k and for the grand final at headingley we sold 12k,we have a huge number of fans that turn out for the big games and this imo is the biggest one off game we have had since 86 and 92 when we played at wembley.

we will sell 6k no worries at all infact the scramble for tickets will be tough and some fans will miss out,id also hope the club have a plan in place to stop our friends from leeds getting hold of tickets from cas and vice versa.
